CXO Series #11 : The Rise of #IdenticAI — When AI Stops Acting For Us and Starts Acting As Us

#AAU_Concept – “Act As Us” – “#IdenticAI”

#100_million_tokens a day is the new normal and quietly and with a thumping “yes” we are #beginning_to_outsource_decisions and already outsourced judgment, not just tasks per se.

We are now moving beyond #AgenticAI into what I can see as the era of #IdenticAI where AI is not just acting for us, but increasingly acting as an extension of our identity, intent, and judgment.

LLMs are getting both commoditized & communized and the next frontier is not just “better models.” It is trillions of AI agents operating, interacting, negotiating, and contributing to economic activity at scale.

AI systems that don’t just act for us, but #ActAsUs – with delegated authority, identity, permissions, and economic consequence.

This shift is accelerating faster than most leaders realize:

1. #ClaudeOpus4.6
(Feb 2026) introduced a 1M-token context window (beta) and explicitly pushes longer-running agentic workflows.

2. #OpenClaw
is a visible signal of where this is going: personal agents that clear inboxes, send emails, manage calendars, and even handle flight check-ins from chat interfaces.

3. #Gartner
by 2028, 60% of brands will use agentic AI for one-to-one interactions and 90% of B2B buying could be AI-agent intermediated, moving >$15T through agent exchanges.

We are leaving the #worldofanalysts (humans interpreting data for decisions) → entering the #worldofagentmarkets (machines negotiating, deciding, and transacting inside policy boundaries).

Then in this #newworld, three capabilities become fundamental yet foundational:

1. #Coordination
how agents work across systems, enterprises, and ecosystems.

2. #Identity
who an agent represents, what it is allowed to do, and whose values it reflects.

3. #Exchange
how agents transact value, data, trust, and decisions securely.

#Trillions_of_agents won’t break the economy because they are intelligent and probably smarter than us. They will break it (or rebuild it) based on how well we design identity, coordination, and exchange.

So the #real_strategic_question_for_leaders which I am still searching for an answer for this:

“#What_decisions_are_we_comfortable_delegating and where does it stop?”

Welcome to the next operating model of the economy:
#human_judgment + #machine_agency + #identity_driven_orchestration

Do we need to have a #ActAsUS_worldwidecharter and what governance must exist before we do?
